Children Striving Together offers a wide variety of programs. We believe every child is unique, so we provide a place where children can discover their interests, cultivate their talents, and grow as individuals.
In addition to the services we offer, we also take suggestions not currently available. Take a look below for a complete list of our services.
Mentorship
We provide a mentorship program dedicated to the personal development of each CST member. Mentors devote a minimum of four hours each month to a child they’re paired with and are committed to encouraging each child to be their best and brightest. We offer a safe environment for mentors and mentees to exchange knowledge and support.
Tutoring
CST provides educational programs to help youth with difficult transitions. We offer a variety of tools and materials, workshops, and one-on-one tutoring so children can become the best versions of themselves. CST kids get assistance with basic studies, SAT prep, college applications, and a lot more. Our job is to make sure transitions are smooth and kids are confident in their decisions.
Volunteering
CST is all about helping youth thrive, so we encourage our older teens to assist with our younger members to “pay it forward.” Our unique teen volunteer program helps teens earn community service hours, learn life skills, and help other kids, molding them into future leaders and compassionate community members.
Creating Future Humanitarians
At CST we like to “keep the ball rolling.” We instill in our members that it is not enough to survive alone—it’s important to help someone else on your way. Through volunteering, fundraising, exploratory trips and other activities, children learn to help others that are in need (while still having fun).
